customer feedback Note: These comments were collected prior to my conversion to wholesale
sales. Previous to that, I sold my work in local gift shops, art fairs, and from this web-site. Because
my wholesale business has grown so rapidly, I have found it necessary to limit my sales to wholesale
clients.

Hi Melissa, I'm late letting you know both pieces arrived in great shape,
and I must say they are even more charming when you see the details. They really do appear as if
the birds themselves crafted them, picking up bits and pieces. The only thing is I want the blue
flower one too. Your wrapping seems perfect, these nests deserve pretty wrapping. L.S., Texas
Hi Melissa, The bowl arrived this afternoon and I have to say I am thrilled with it! It's
so charming. I can't seem to keep my hands off of it. I keep picking it up and looking at all the colors
and running my fingers over the tile pieces wondering whence they came from. And what fun to find a gold
coin in the middle of the bowl, underneath your business card. I absolutely adore this and am so glad
I bought that issue of Country Home! sincerely, M.G.
Dear Melissa,
I just picked up my silver bird bowl from the post office, and I am delighted with it! I have always
been interested in ceramics, and have a collection of American art pottery, like Weller, McCoy, Rookwood,
and Roseville. I also have a decent collection of fine art, representing mostly Ohio artists, from landscapes
to abstract pieces. Your bowl is such a wonderful "bridge" piece--it's a craft, and very folky, but
the artistic expression is rich and individual. I love the fact that you don't make a true "picture"
mosaic; the shards seem to be placed where the spirit of the piece and the shape, size, and color of
the pieces and artifacts move you. The colors and spacing (even the grout color) are very "painterly".
I also love your website, with the insights you provide into the creative process. This is really
good stuff, and I am thrilled to have found you. I also love the boxes and other forms you do, and hope
you will do more of them....I will continue to watch for your offerings, and appreciate wherever your
muse takes you. Thank you for a piece of art that makes me smile whenever I look at it. R.H., Ohio
Dear Melissa I just received my beautiful bowl and it is even more beautiful than the photos.
You do high quality work and I can't wait to show it to my daughters and friends. Thank you so much
for the special treatment and service. I'll be watching your website for more of your work.

Hi Melissa, I received the frame yesterday. Before ordering it, I had read messages from other customers
of yours saying that the items they purchased were even more fabulous in person than on the web, and
I felt the same way when I saw my frame. I love it! Thanks, Conni
