Most of my work is by special order, for individuals or gallery region.
This box, for the State of Iowa Historical Museum Gift Shop, features an old Des Moines pin-back, shards
from farm crockery, and also from and old Iowa souvenir plate. Inside is decoupaged with copies of old
Iowa post cards, clippings, and advertisements.

This Greek-themed mirror will be placed in the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art Store, it contains shards,
found objects, and items purchased from the store itself. Currently, the Museum is having a Greek exhibit
called 'Art in Roman Life'.

This mirror is a good example of the possibilities available for customized mirrors. This is my City
mirror, the city in this case being Des Moines, Iowa, but any city can be worked the same way. Old newspaper
clippings, postcards, photos, match-books, and shards from dishes of the same time and region as the
other items on the mirror. The ruler, from the Anderson Erickson Dairy in Des Moines, is a focal point
and the logo is instantly recognizable to anyone from the area. This mirror is at my gallery, and priced
at $500. You could have one of these made for a family member, friend, or a small business such as a
gift shop, restaurant, or public building.
